New Year's 2011

Another year has just whizzed by. That's more and more how I feel every single year -- that time just flies by so quickly, that I've hardly had a chance to do one thing, and have to suddenly move on to another.
Last year's goals were not thoroughly met (especially number 1 and 2 -- though I did number 2 in July or August!), but I'd like to say that I tried hard (okay, maybe I should have tried harder for #1).

I kinda realized that actually writing down your goals helps. So in keeping with my January posts, here are my goals for this year, 2011:

1. exercise more (I am too lazy to go back to yoga, but am running -- uhm, jogging slash brisk walking -- more) -- goal is to be a hot 40 year old by June!

2. have my blood screened again (well, some not so good numbers in the last screening)

3. eat healthier

4. sleep more

5. be more organized!

6. really, the hot room helps, so eventually go back to yoga not later than March of this year

7. keep a positive outlook for the year! Yay!
